What we collect, why, and what we do with it.

Who we are

This website, livarkconstructiongroup.com, is run by LIVARK Inc., a Florida corporation (“LIVARK”, “we”, “us”). If you have a question about this policy, email info@livarkconstructiongroup.com or call (954) 835-4175.

The short version

This site has no forms, no user accounts, no analytics and no advertising trackers. We only receive information about you when you choose to contact us. We do not sell or rent it to anyone.

What we collect

  • What you send us. When you call, email, send a WhatsApp message or book a call, we receive what you choose to share: usually your name, phone number, email address, the address or city of the project, photos, plans, and details about the work you have in mind.
  • Basic technical data. Like almost every website, the servers that host this site automatically record standard request data, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. This is used to keep the site secure and running. We do not use it to identify you or build a profile of you.
  • Cookies. This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use it

  • To answer your questions and schedule calls and site visits.
  • To prepare designs, scopes and prices for your project.
  • To carry out and support work you hire us for, including permits.
  • To keep the records the law requires, such as contract, permit and tax records.
  • To protect the site and our business from fraud and abuse.

We contact you about your project. We will not add you to a marketing list without your permission.

Who we share it with

We share information only when it is needed to do the work or when the law requires it:

  • Service providers that help us run the business, such as website hosting, email, phone and calendar services. They may use it only to provide their service to us.
  • Companies and professionals working on your project, such as suppliers, and building departments for permits, only as far as your project needs.
  • When the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety or property.
  • A new owner, if the business is sold or reorganized. This policy would continue to apply.

We never sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Outside services on this site

Some parts of this site are provided by other companies. When you use them, those companies handle your information under their own privacy policies:

  • Google Calendar booking. The “Book a call” buttons open a Google booking page. Google collects the details you enter there and shares them with us so we can confirm the call. Google Privacy Policy.
  • Google Fonts. The fonts on this site load from Google’s servers, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page loads.
  • WhatsApp. If you message us on WhatsApp, the message is handled by WhatsApp. WhatsApp Privacy Policy.
  • Links to other sites. We link to our pages on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Alignable, and to the NKBA and Florida license lookup sites. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as we need it for the reasons above. Inquiries that do not become projects are deleted once they are no longer needed. Project records are kept as long as the law and our warranty obligations require.

How we protect it

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. No website, email or storage system is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive financial details (such as bank or card numbers) by email or message.

Your choices

  • You can ask to see the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email info@livarkconstructiongroup.com or call (954) 835-4175. We may need to confirm who you are first, and we may keep records the law requires us to keep.
  • You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time, except for messages about a project that is underway.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. We do not track visitors across other websites or over time, and we do not use advertising or analytics services that do. The site works the same way whether or not the signal is sent.

Children

This site is meant for adults planning work on their homes. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top.
