Full-Home Remodeling
When the whole house needs work, not just one room. We take on the layout, the kitchen, the bathrooms, the floors and the finishes, and you deal with one team the whole way through.
Kitchen Remodeling
We start with how you actually use the kitchen. Where you cook, where everyone ends up standing, what never has a proper place to go. The layout, the cabinets, the counters and the lighting all get designed around that, so the room fits your day instead of the other way round.
Bathroom Remodeling
Primary baths, guest baths and powder rooms. The tile and the fixtures are what you see, but it is the waterproofing and the drainage underneath that decide whether the room still looks good in ten years. Both get the same attention.
Flooring
New floors through the whole house or one room at a time. We help you pick something that suits the room, then handle the tear-out, the prep underneath and the install.
Custom Cabinetry
Cabinetry made to fit your room. Tall ceilings, awkward corners, a pantry that has to hold something specific. When a standard size will do the job we will say so, and when it will not, we design the piece.
Interior Design
This is where your ideas turn into something you can see. We go through layouts, materials, lighting and finishes together, so by the time anything is ordered you already know how the room is going to feel.
3D Renderings
See the room before it is built. We put the design on screen so you can walk through the layout, try a different cabinet color, change the tile, and know you are happy with it before anyone starts work.
Impact Windows & Doors
Impact windows and sliding doors, from choosing them through to the final county inspection. In Miami-Dade and Broward the product has to be approved for hurricane zones and the installation has to be permitted and signed off. We handle both.
Backyard & Outdoor
The part of the house everyone leaves until last. Grass, planting, paving and lighting, planned alongside the work inside so the two match when it is finished.
Home Gym
A room set up to train in, not a corner with equipment in it. Floor, mirrors, lighting, airflow and power planned around the machines before anything gets delivered.
Layout & Room Conversions
Turning one room into two, opening up a wall, adding a bedroom or an office. Some of it is permitted construction and some can be done with cabinetry or a partition. We’ll tell you which one your space needs.

COMMON QUESTIONS
What homeowners ask us first.
How much does a remodel cost?
It depends on the scope, and there is no useful average, because two kitchens of the same size can land a long way apart. What moves the number most is whether walls or plumbing get relocated, the finish level you choose, and what we find behind the walls once they are open. You get a written scope and a price before any work starts.
How long does a remodel take?
The stages are the same on most jobs: planning, design and selections, permitting, then the build. Selections and permitting are where projects usually slip, not the construction itself, which is why we push to have both settled before demolition. Once the scope is set you get a schedule, and if a material lead time or a plan review moves, you hear it from us early.
Do I need a permit for a remodel in South Florida?
Usually yes. Anything structural, or that touches electrical, plumbing, windows, doors or the roof is permitted work in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. Painting or swapping a fixture in the same spot generally is not. One thing specific to this area: Miami-Dade and Broward sit inside the High Velocity Hurricane Zone, so windows and doors there need a Miami-Dade Notice of Acceptance, which is a stricter approval than the rest of Florida requires. Palm Beach sits outside that zone. We handle the permitting on the projects we build.
Can I stay in the house while you work?
For a single bathroom or a kitchen, usually yes, as long as you can live without that room for the duration. Whole-home remodels are harder, and most clients move out for at least part of the work. We will tell you which one your project is before you sign anything, because temporary housing affects your budget as much as the construction does.
What happens if the price changes once work starts?
Nothing gets built that you have not approved. Any change, whether it is something you decide to add or something we uncover once a wall is open, gets priced and signed off in writing before the work happens. Older houses do hide surprises, and pretending otherwise is how people end up with a bill they were not expecting.
