ABOUT LIVARK

A design-led remodeling firm in South Florida

We sit down with you, work out what you want, and build it.

Who we are

LIVARK is a design-led remodeling firm based in South Florida. We remodel whole homes, kitchens and bathrooms, and we design them in house, including custom cabinetry.

Design-led means we start with a conversation. We sit down with you, person to person, and work out what you want the space to do. Then we draw it, price it and build it, with the same people on the project from the first meeting to the last walkthrough.

THE OWNER

Who you’ll sit down with

Pedro Mejia, owner and lead designer

Pedro has years of experience in the design industry, with a focus on open-concept kitchens, bathrooms and custom cabinetry. He leads the design work at LIVARK and follows each project from the first concept to completion.

CREDENTIALS

Licensed, insured and easy to check

LIVARK is a Florida Certified General Contractor, license CGC1538621, and is insured. You can look the license up yourself on MyFloridaLicense.com, the state’s public license search. We are also a member of the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA).

How we work

The same four steps on every project, with the same team from the first call to the final walkthrough.

1. Planning

We walk through the space with you and talk through what you want to change, how you use your home and your budget. You decide the scope.

2. Design

We draw it: the layout, the cabinetry, the materials and the finishes. You approve the design and a written price before anything is ordered.

3. Permitting

We prepare the plans and handle the permit with your city or county. On contracts over $5,000, you sign the Notice of Commencement.

4. Build

We build to the approved plans, with inspections along the way, and finish with a walkthrough together.

OUR MISSION

Why we do this work

Our mission is to create living spaces that feel personal, functional, and thoughtfully crafted. Through design and remodeling, we turn our clients’ ideas into environments that reflect who they are and how they live.

OUR VALUES

Artistry. Reliability. Knowledge.

The three things we hold ourselves to on every project.

A

Artistry

Design and craft sit at the heart of everything we do. We take your ideas and imagination, turn them into clear plans, and bring them to life with care and precision. Every surface, corner, and detail receives the same attention, whether anyone notices or not. The result is more than a finished space. It’s one that feels intentional, lived-in, and thoughtfully crafted.

R

Reliability

We show up when we say we will. When we commit to a timeline, budget, or finish, we own it. No hedging, no excuses. Trust shouldn’t need constant checking. Our work stands on its own, and so do we.

K

Knowledge

We’ve seen what happens when corners get cut, and what works when they don’t. Years of hands-on experience with materials, construction, and design mean you skip the trial-and-error. Smart choices, fewer headaches, zero surprises.
