Nothing on this site is a quote, an offer or a guarantee. Work is agreed only in a written contract signed by you and LIVARK, and the terms of that contract control.

Photos and renderings

Project photos show work from LIVARK projects. 3D renderings are design visualizations, not photographs of finished work. A few images on the site are licensed stock photography, used for illustration only. Every home is different: the finished result depends on the home, the design, the materials and the permits.

The text, photos, renderings, logo and LIVARK name on this site belong to LIVARK Inc. or are used with permission. You are welcome to share links to our pages. Please do not copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
